This company gave me a quote and asked me to pay half down. I paid $2475 using Venmo. Was told that was the only way to pay them. Now I see why. I was needing transport for a yacht. I gave them the make, model, height, length, width, and dry weight. My boat specs were as following: 37’ long, 12’7” wide, 14’7” high, and 18,800 lbs dry weight. The day of pick up they showed up after Angler Marine of Scottsboro, AL had closed. The following morning they were there on time. Only problem is the trailer they brought was made for a boat half the size of mine. At this point Art (an employee of this company) told me to find someone else. They did not refund any money. I had to pay for 2 haul outs and 1 splash due to there incompetence. That being $800 extra. Also had $108 charge for keeping my boat there the extra days. The next day I found a professional hauling company using Saunders Marine of Gulf Shores. The new company asked for the make and model. Had my boat picked up the next day and was delivered safely same day. I was told by Angler Marine and New transport company that this company has no idea what they are doing. Showed up to transport a boat weighing 21,000 lbs with a trailer that can only haul 15,000 lbs or less. Still no money back. All they do is yell. Seems they are very good at lying. Stay away from this company. They will steal your hard earned money.
