I booked the transport online and it never gave me a spot for a pickup or delivery which I thought was strange. So I called the 2 separate numbers on the website on a Friday at 3pm and no answer on either number and sent an email to the email I was provided and never heard back from that email. I continued to call multiple times the next week and was told I was on "standby" and I would get my vehicle picked up in 2-4 weeks and they would give me only 12 hours notice of pickup and if i wanted it picked up earlier than I would have to pay another 250$. I went to cancel it then and they charged me 75$ after that to pay for "their services" which was nothing at all. Very unorganized, do not recommend.
