1968 Camaro Shipped with John from Viceroy

Worst experience shipping a car (And I have shipped numerous high dollar classic cars). Did not follow up on anything he promised, no copy of insurance from driver he told me he would send me and not even a update after car was picked up. Booked on Friday 01/26/2018 and was told car would be picked up on 01/29 or 01/30. Then i received a frantic call from John claiming he had a driver wanting to pick up car same night. Called seller and he agreed to deliver car to transporter as the transporter could not get in his driveway. Never received any calls from john or driver after this, The invoice I was emailed stated the car would be delivered 01/30/2018. I called the driver on Sun. 01/28 and he stated he would be in the area on Mon. 01/29 at which time I stated to the driver (three times) I would be unable to meet him until after 3:30 as I was working. Well on 01/29 driver calls me at 12:05 and said he is about one hour and 45 minutes away from the drop off, I said to the driver as per our previous conversation I could not be there until 3:30 and this is where it all went to He**. Shouting match with the driver who told me he was not going to drop off my car and would call me in a couple weeks when he was ready to deliver my car, Ok so I contact John from viceroy for assistance and was asked if this was the first time I ever shipped a car and they wait for no one due to having to keep a schedule. I stressed to him that I had a conversation with the driver and told him that I could not be there before 3:30 and he could have cared less and continued to argue with me until the argument became abusive and language from me and John became violent so I hung up. Anyone who deals with this clown John should be prepared for the worst service of their life. This amateur sits behind a desk like he is the almighty shipping god, he will try to reply to by saying I was unreasonable and had a heated conversation using foul language toward him, but it was a mutual conversation where both parties used the same language and tone which is just a testimony to his lack of experience in this industry and poor customer service skills. The best part is I have the email stating the car would be delivered on 01/30/2018 and went out of my way to be flexible but all this clown was interested in was making his broker fee. DO NOT "REPEAT" DO NOT USE THIS CLOWN FOR YOUR TRANSPORTATION NEEDS !

My review is now posted again after Viceroy reported me as a non customer and I had to submit all the paperwork and after the review process it was determind that Viceroy falsely reported me as a non customer. The day after I submitted the review this company submitted my personal information to multiple shipping boards and companies falsely claiming I was interested in shipping multiple vehicles which caused me to receive over 300 e-mails and numerous phone calls and texts. Now that the review is back I received a phone call from the owner asking me to remove my review because he has a family to feed and then began using vulgar language towards me and hanging up on me. Now the next trick in their bag is to try to make me out to be a racist. How low will these clowns go?? Take the time to read their responses to any negative review they have received and you will see a pattern. Well if you don't want to be riddled with foul language,accused of being a racist and have your personal information input all over the internet stay far away from this company there are way to many honest hard working companys to give your business to.
The best part of this review is they are trying very hard to call me a racist, this idiot who owns the company yelled and screamed at me for this review and then swore at me and hung up. What they fail to address are the facts like why did they report my review as a non customer? Why was I given such poor service and no communication after sending payment? These people sit in a house and try to broker cars for a fee, when something goes wrong they have no knowledge of customer service so they dig deep and try their best to spin their poor service by making accusations. The purpose of a review is to let you know where you failed and try to improve your service to make you company stronger, not get all defensive and spam peoples private information all over the internet and call them and yell and scream, but they do continue to have me "Stay Blessed".

This order was completed successfully and your vehicle arrived in perfect condition like our Enclosed Carriers are proven to provide. In your very descriptive review from your perspective, we feel you unfairly rated this order 0 Stars. Your name calling on this post is Not appreciated. You requested quotes from Many auto transport companies which would explain all the phone calls and emails you received from different providers. Thank you for your business but no thanks for this less than honest review.
