Took three weeks to get car to me. Had to keep calling to get updates and put pressure to get them to respond and act. No follow up to see if the car made it, nothing. Shipping ended up being more than quoted. Would not use again due to lack of customer service I received from them.
Updated to respond to Veterans Transport response: I do not ship several vehicle with other companies. This was the first and so far only one. I have not confused Veterans Transport with any other company. My review was not based on carrier who picked up and delivered vehicle, that transaction was fine. Issue with Veteran Transport and the time it took to get a carrier and the lack of keeping me updated and customer service. I have not slandered, look up definition, any company as only FACTS have been stated for this review. This review is for no one other than Veterans Transport.The response is insulting trying to negate this review instead of owning up to the facts. as they know what transpired.

I hope people truly read this... Brian, you ship several vehicles with different companies and did only one with us so you clearly have us confused for someone else, it happens. ESPECIALLY because we never shipped a car enclosed for you. The carrier picked up the vehicle on the exact date as promised and delivered on the exact day as promised. From OH to CA the vehicle was picked up on the 8th and delivered on the 13th and you were immediately emailed the carriers information for direct communication. There's no reason to slander a company that has never received a negative complaint before. If I had live GPS on the carrier I would have sent that and you could have watched your car in transit, but to lie and say it took weeks is terrible sir. It sucks we get the bad review for someone else but oh well we know its not true and sorry whoever gave you a bad experience. God Bless Brian!
