Mr. Ryan from Veteran Logistics Network suppose to contact/reply me by email or by phone to finish booking process, all this after sending me an invoice number and forms to complete. The Pick up day was accorded, and, the very same day of pick up I received a call -not from Mr Ryan- from someone else interested in helping me, letting me know that the Company never replied me back BECAUSE THE QUOTE PROVIDED TO ME WAS WRONG??? we are talking about three weeks of frame time.. really.. the very same day of picking up my vehicle? .. Shame of you.
