When I put a request in for transportation quote online, to say that I was inundated with calls is an understatement. However, off all the calls/emails, Laura was the only one who paid attention to the fact that my Ford Excursion was not drive-able, was in storage, meaning large trucks would not work and a winch would be needed. She was the only one who recommended trying a 2 car Charlie to accommodate my needs. She was able to find an appropriate transporter at a very reasonable cost. Going forward, if I have any need to transport vehicles, she will be the one getting my call. Very happy with her knowledge and service.
