I called Laura at the Vehicle Shipping Group after "DNA Transport" company lied to me for weeks agreeing to transport my SUV. Final straw was that their driver didn't show up on the pick-up day.. I was again given the run around and promised resolution. When this didn't happen I called Laura/Jessica who had just transported my other SUV 6 months prior. I found the Vehicle Shipping Group to be very open, honest and trustworthy. Once again they rescued me and met my needs to ship my SUV from SC to WA. My SUV arrived ahead of the proposed arrival date. There was some miscommunication with the truck driver regarding the delivery location but Laura quickly resolved it and made things right. I will use them again with my next upcoming transport. I really enjoyed working with Laura and Jessica. These ladies are personable and honest but also assertive in meeting my needs. Two awesome experiences!
