Called a day early and wanted pick up at 5PM that day.. Didn't show, we called them, said they had truck trouble and wanted to pick up between 8 and 11 pm. We agreed then they called at 10:30 pm and when we went to agreed place they were not there. They called us and said to go to another spot which was on a very busy road (Cypress Gardens Blvd) Lots of traffic and then we had to go over car with a flash light and cars whizzing by.They told us the car would be in Washington a day before we to arrive there by plane on Sunday. Was a bit nerve wracking for two women.
