Shipping my car was the bane of my existence. I had heard horror stories from other individuals and was inundated by offers to ship my car once I requested a quote. Once the dust settled, I contacted Laura over at Vehicle Shipping Group. It was the smartest choice I made for shipping my precious Subaru BRZ. Laura was absolutely up front about everything. She explained the process of procuring a carrier, her involvement in the process, the veracity of her quote, what it was based upon, every factor that could impact pick-up/delivery times, and even exactly how she is compensated for her work...all this before I made any commitment whatsoever to her services. She left no stone unturned, almost as though she wanted me to understand the industry. She never made a promise she couldn't keep. She quoted me a single amount, and when she couldn't arrive at an agreement with a carrier for that price, she informed me about the offer by the carrier. On that note, she was protective of my vehicle. She explained that she will only with carriers who meet high standards, carry great insurance policies, and don't have any lien/outstanding judgments against them. All details I could have gone without, but she didn't hesitate to share it with me. Overall it was a hassle free experience. She answered all my calls, or called back almost immediately when she missed a call. She didn't charge me a cent until my car was loaded onto the carrier. She was honest, upfront, and made the stressful task of shipping my vehicle a lot less stressful. Highly recommend her to anyone who requires vehicle shipping services.
