On 4/21/2021 I booked a transport with Upscale Auto Transport for my truck to go from East Tennessee to Oregon. Derek E Was their representative On May 27th. After many calls to Derek who promised to have my truck picked up he started ignoring my phone calls then when I called him with my wife’s phone he picked up. After finding out it was me he was very rude saying he was working his ass off and not getting paid for it telling me I don’t care if you are the customer. He never did get me a transport. The company statement says they will not leave you without a trans port DO NOT BELIEVE THAT BECAUSE IM PROOF THAT THEY DID. I ended up flying family in at the last minute at a high cost to get my truck to Oregon. If your smart don’t use this company or at least not Derek E.
