Two items threw me with transporting with Upscale Auto Transport.
1. Lack of updates - I had little to no information for the dealership as to who or when my car was being picked up or being delivered to me.
2. Overcharged at time of delivery - I was required to pay an additional $100 from my signed quoted price between the deposit and the payment to the driver of the transport. This issue still has not been resolved and am awaiting an update as to how I will be refunded.
