I contracted with upscale to move a car I purchased (contract date 9-24-2017) as of 10-12-2017 car was still not picked up, even though they advertise they have expedient and priority service. I'm not sure just how they say they offer these services if they are just a load brokerage company. I requested a pick up by a certain date (cars previous owner was moving). i did get alot of excuses, but no vehicle delivery..
