Retiring from Military. Bad service and no communication. Out of 200 dollar deposit. Company keep my reservations on file on purpose after I repeatedly asked the rep to cancel bc they did do as advertised. Went with another company and have to pay more bc my wishes were not given to me about the cancelation. Not worth the hassle. All broken promises! I was just customer lead into believing and trusting a company that did not follow through with their advertising. Won't be recommending this company with ANY of my military brothers and sisters, just not worth it.
