I put my information on the website to get a quote. Patrick Milford sent me a quote. I replied that I was going with another hauler. I paid a down payment to another hauler. Never heard another word from this Patrick at United Routes. The day of the pickup he sends a truck over to my house! It was the exact day the other company was supposed to pick my car up. The driver had the same name as the driver that contacted me numerous times. I put my car on his truck and he left. 3 hours later I get a call from the company I actually paid a down payment to that they were on their way to get my car ! I was furious! I never got a written document from Patrick, never got a call, never heard a word from him that he was sending a truck to pick up my 68 Dodge Charger. So, I was out my down payment to the other company. The car made it safe because the drivers were great. But this jackass broker will do anything to try and get your business. He is a snake and I will never use them again. I suggest never getting a quote from them because he figures that he will just send a truck on that day. Who in the hell never sends a contract or any written documentation when you are shipping 100,000 dollar cars!!!. Do not use them.
