I am a general dentist who is the original owner of a 2005 Corvette and in July 2018 needed to transport my prize possession from Michigan to Florida. For 13 years I have babied my Vette and currently have just 6,700 total miles on it. It is as close to showroom condition as you can get for a 13 year old Vette. I requested to have my Vette transported to my new home in Florida inside a fully enclosed trailer and that I would need either a race ramp or a hydraulic lift to load the car due to it's minimal ground clearance. My wife's car is a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon SUV loaded with options with only 1500 miles on it...also not a scratch on it anywhere. We wanted both vehicles to travel on the same trailer. We explained that we did not want our cars jockeyed around from trailer to trailer to minimize the potential for damage while loading and unloading. The owner of United Routes, Laki Prousalis, was very understanding of our needs and desires. He was also very upfront with us. He said he would do his best to arrange for an appropriate trailer and driver to accommodate our requests within our time frame. He was also very honest when he told us that that sometimes despite his best efforts it could be impossible to do this on the exact date we requested...it would depend on the availability of trailer and driver in our area. We had never dealt with Laki before but I was impressed with his genuine honesty- something that is rare these days. We gave him the green light to get the process started. As our desired pick-up day approached Laki contacted me and said he was working on our request and he would know shortly. Just as promised he called me the next day. He asked us if it would work for us to have our cars picked up 2 days before our scheduled date. He said he had the vehicle and driver in our area now but may not have one on our requested date. The key here is the great communications we received. We opted to ship 2 days ahead of schedule and not risk a possible extended delay for shipping. We had to be ready the very next day. Laki put us in direct contact with our driver. Communications were superb with our driver! He showed up exactly on schedule at our designated pickup location. The driver took superb care of both our vehicles and showed up exactly on schedule in Florida with our cars in perfect condition! I have only the highest praise for Laki and his company. I don't hesitate for a moment in recommending them and I would use them again in a heartbeat without even checking around for others again! Our driver was Angelo and his trailer was nothing short of amazing!!! Stallion Transports trailer is definitely the way to go for any special vehicle!!! TRUE STORY!!!
