I needed to ship a Model A Ford from Massachusetts to Florida in an enclosed vehicle. I did a search of different companies, mostly brokers, and didn't get a good feeling from any of them. Most had some real issues according to reviews. United Routes also did some brokering but they use their own enclosed trucks, and sounded pretty good. Emailed them and got an immediate reply from Laki. Very informative and to the point. I called, was impressed, and decided to use them. Great decision on my part -- they were terrific. Laki answered several email questions almost immediately , a couple even on weekends. The pickup in Massachusetts was right on time on the day they said it would happen. Flawless. They delivered the car here in Florida five days later in perfect condition -- not even any dust on it -- again, right on time. The driver, Roger, was on the phone with me ahead of time a few times making sure we were together on all the details and drop off time. He also emailed and texted. He arrived five minutes before he said he would. Nice guy. Everything perfect. I'd recommend these guys any day of the week. Excellent.
