'Attitude' places this company on my "Do Not Call" list

I connected with F.A. from this company. He was very helpful as we had never moved a vehicle before. We were working on details of the move, but we ended up selecting another carrier. I told F.A. via email on January 31st that we would be using a different carrier. On February 15th, a driver called me to say he was scheduled to pick a vehicle on behalf of United Routes. What!?!? When I called F.A. to ask what was going on, I reminded him of my email of January 31st telling him we were NOT using United Routes LLC and was confused why a driver would be contacting me. He became defensive and called me a flake. He was sweet as pie when I was talking about booking with their company, but became snarky once I was not using their company and pointed out his error. United Routes LLC may be a reputable company, but the ‘face’ of the company in this case has put them on my ‘do not call’ list.
