This was my first auto transport. I began by calling the the cheaper quotes, and got no call back or less than professional (conversation).
From the first call to United Road, and contact with Robin McCray, I felt comfortable that I had picked the right company. Even after the discovery of my vehicle's low ground clearance needing a more expensive mode of trnasport, I never looked back.
