This company was very helpful and nice before shipping. Then when my car was transported it was damaged almost $1500 with damage. They insured me my car was insured but did nothing but give me the drive policy information. They also made excuses about the damage saying they were not liable. The drivers insurance would not cover the damage because his deductible was to high $2500. I now have to take him to small claims court just to get my car fixed. Just know when they tell you your car is insured. It’s not 100 percent true, and you could be stuck paying for your own damages. Also not to mention I still paid full price for the car to be transported. They made zero effort to assist me in resolving this issue. I have transported vehicles 5 times. This was the worst experience by far.
