United was very responsive and helpful from the start with a near immediate quote, which they honored 2 months later when I pinned down my dates. I was able to quickly contact my agent either by phone or email. She worked with me to set up a convenient pickup and delivery date. The carrier communicated in transit along the way and was very couteous and helpful at delivery. I would use this service again.
