James did a great job in a difficult situation. He kept in touch and let me know what was going on, even just to tell me nothing was going on. He worked very hard to get our car to us through bad weather and reluctant drivers.We always felt like our car was in good hands and that James would get it to us as soon as humanly possible. He never oversold what he could do and was very forthcoming with details.
