I want to personally thank Steve Brady who was my point of contact in arranging for my car to be shipped. In less than an hour he had a driver for me. Was originally told pick up would be the next morning but the driver contacted me and pick up was the same day. Drop off arrived on time within the hour the driver said he would deliver. He was unable to get down the street due to low trees and electrical lines so we met at a nearby parking lot. Yes the vehicle was dirty on the outside, but whose vehicle isn't dirty after being on the road for 3 days. My transport was open. There was no visible damage on inspection. I do not know the drivers name and wish I did. He was an older gentleman with a very thick accent and was hard for me to get his name. I first was dealing with Fox transport because their quote was the lowest. Well after 5 days and not hearing nothing back, I started calling other companies who had contacted me and glad I did. If I ever have to do this again I will go directly to United Auto. This was a first experience for me shipping a vehicle privately and was unaware of the process and how the bids work. I feel like Fox Auto should have contacted me at least daily to give updates and then we could have talked about raising the bid. But since I did not get this from them I went with United Auto and am extremely happy that I did. Again, Steve Brady, you rock. Thank you so much.
