These brokers flat out lied. I only agreed to book with them after they guaranteed verbally and in an email that they would deliver on or AFTER a specific date. There was no miscommunication, my needs were VERY clearly stated at the time of booking and once again when a transport was found. The vehicle is scheduled to arrive too early now and they have completely denied being at fault. They instead are now telling me that it was only an estimated delivery date. Again, there was no confusion on what the date needed to be. They flat out LIED. On top of all of this they have completely blown me off and clearly don't have any intention of correcting it. I would strongly discourage anyone from utilizing these dishonest brokers with exceptionally bad customer service.
