My third transport with this company. They were on the higher end of transport bids but sold me on the idea that they would do what they say. First two transports no issues. Third one I was told I had to pay a premium of $50 to have picked up no later than Friday of that week. Very important because the lady I purchased the car from was flying to Floriday Saturday AM. I called Ultimate on Friday and they told me on the phone (As well as a text) that a driver has been assigned and will be there by 9PM. I relayed that to the lady with my car and she agreed. Saturday AM I get a call from the lady that no driver showed up Friday, keys are in the car. She was boarding the plane at the time as she indicated earlier that week. The driver that dropped off my car said the job was contracted to him as a Saturday pickup, which means I was being told what they wanted me to hear when I booked this job with Ultimate. No more business from me to them.
