My experience was subpar and disappointing. 1) The driver that UT contracted did not speak any English whatsoever. This made my pickup and drop off very difficult. I could not communitcate any instructions about my vehicle. Plus the driver used a large pickup to tramsfern 4 vehicles on his trailer. I was very uneasy and worry some once my vehicle left my possession as I expected a semi.truck. 2) The driver encountered a mechanical breakdown with the trailer. Obviously my vehicle had to be unloaded to repair the trailer. UT did not communicate with me about this but the company representing the driver did. They reassured me my vehicle is safe but I still felt uneasy about the security of my vehicle. 3) Because of the mechanical delay the delivery of my vehicle was a day late than promised. This required me to completely rearrange my already busy schedule to accomodate the drop off. 4).The driver dropped off my vehicle in a passing lane on a very busty street and not in my driveway as promised.. Cars were honking as it created confusion for other drivers when my vehicle was being unloaded from the trailer. 5) To further add to my dreadful expereinnce Ultimate Transportation texted me multiple times requesting a positive review. I would strongly urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere for vehicle transportation. Although my vehicle arrived safeky, this was a very bad and unfavorable experience for me. One more thing: you are required to pay in cash and not use any cash apps.
