First, they promised me a certain quote then ended up increasing the price. My car arrived 5 days later than it was supposed to. I understand that certain things were out of their control, but they could have at least communicated that to me. 24 hrs before my car arrived I was supposed to receive a text and email with some info. But I got just a text 11 hrs in advance that said the driver will contact me 30 mins before arriving. He texted me saying he's 15 mins away. Luckily I was still at my airbnb and it was a 10 min walk so I made it in time. But the entire process was very unpleasant.
