You guys did a great job and would have got a 5-star from me but your communication process needs to be improved. I wanted to be able to know when exactly my car would be picked immediately I’m confirming you as my agent. I also need to know and have direct communication with the driver, especially when he’s running late and I don’t know what’s going on. Understand all this will help me communicate effectively with my clients too.
