Tara is a LAIR and empty promises!!! Driver Nic at time of drop-off didnot notify me that he was jump starting truck everytime he made a new pick up. This was going for 7 days ( 6day guarantee delivery) that he had my truck. Well, of course no call or opportunity for me to fix the problem he claimed. Now mind you the truck was running going to the carrier truck he loaded it with no problems, I watched. So, by the 7th day 5/30 my truck no longer runs. I guess its no surprise the driver returned $100 to me Im sure that was guilt because he knew what he did. Unfortunately that just covered the tow truck I called to get truck home. WOW right?? Anyways I will persue these ripoff artist's and do all I to sue there unprofessional backsides in anyway possible like a pitbull grip. If you are looking to ship be careful with them its one thing to ask for more money but they ruined my truck. Oh yes, I was told my truck was old and no good. Guess you need a Bentley to put on their trucks to matter of course they want to look good rolling down the highway. And the carrier was Safeway trans. Be very aware... Sorry they didnt have 1/2 star and thats too much..
