* Dishonest and Untrustworthy * They are stealing business from other competitors and not making their promises. * Terrible customer service and support * Don't recommend it at all I had a contract with another company to ship my car from Nebraska to California. Chelsie from Ultimate Transport 123 called me and asked me to cancel the contract with the other company with the promise of shipping my car within 3 business days. It happened on December 14, 2021, long before the holidays. I kept waiting and calling them to get an update about my car shipping status. They were giving me false promises and they never shipped my car even until January 3, 2021! Chelsie never returned my call herself after messaging her several times. I went through lots of difficulties and end up canceling my contract. They refused to provide any compensation for their terrible service.
