After being promised and explained to me why they were a much better companies than others by Jake, I decided to give them a shot. It ended with no pickup on the scheduled date and their only excuse is that they didn't get a driver to confirm after having more than a month to do so. I was told daily weeks leading up to the pickup that everything was fine, not to worry, etc. 6PM the day it was supposed to be picked up they said they couldn't find a driver. No compensation, nothing Sorry for the inconvenience is all you'll get with them. I highly recommend never doing business with Ultimate Transport 123, they are the worst, unprofessional, unreliable, and completely dishonest.
