This company is a JOKE. I had a problem with the company in April 2021 and I relentlessly tried to contact them to get some sort of resolve and was ignored and given the run around. The only way I was contacted was after I left a bad review online and they tried to pay me $200 in order for me to take down the review. When I said I would take the money but not the review down they never called me again. Now, last night I was looking into transporting my vehicle again and who did I get a call from, TARA from Ultimate 123. The same woman that guaranteed me an easy transport, took my money and never called me back after the dozens of voice mails and emails I sent her. I spoke with her and told her I was shocked at her calling me seeing as how she ignored me for 2 months and was rudely hung up on. And now when I called back to speak to a manager, I've been placed on hold for 20 minutes and no answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL MAKE YOUR TRANSPORT A LIVING HELL.
