If I could give a negative 5 to this company, I would.I contacted them a month before the date needed to ship my car and was assured my pickup date of May 5 would be completed. I contacted them again {as instructed} a week before and again was told my pickup was on schedule. After daily calls to them, they still had not picked up on May 9. I canceled my airline tickets and drove to WI. Ultimate 123 charged my CC $50.00. I remain an ex-customer and will never try to use them again. All the promises from their salesman were pure B.S.
