I was working with a broker who after 12 days was unable to get my car set up with a hauler. Ultimate Transport via Cathy called me and said they work much different then the rest. She said other companies buy their systems and they run my route all the time to Idaho. I switched to them as she guaranteed it will be picked up no later then Friday. Once I signed with them communication ceased except for I’ll update you when we have info. I said I was just looking for company who honored their word as tired of Brooker’s saying lies to get deposits then everything changed. Nothing was happening and I offered to pay more money but continued to be told I’ll update you with info. Logistics can’t be guaranteed yet they will tell you they can get it done but nothing. I ship cars all the time but don’t believe anything they say. It’s all a lie to get you locked in on a contract knowing they don’t have to do any work as they get paid no matter what. I found another broker after they charged me and got it picked up two days later. If they would do what’s needed to work for the customer I can see it being a good company but their morales about locking someone in to get paid vs doing what they say to help out. You’ll regret it if you go here. Stay away at all costs.
