Horrible horrible experience— do not use!!

Would never use this company again!!! Don’t be suckered in like I was! They promise you that they will be in contact with you through the entire process. Well that was a lie. Quick at taking your money and delivered the vehicle at their convenience. Not delivered when promised. Delivery date kept changing mind you there was no weather that had to be worked around as I would understand that. Was told the vehicle would be picked up on Monday and delivered on Friday. They did not come to pick up the vehicle until 11 pm on Tuesday with no communication. Vehicle was delivered at 1045 Monday. Kept getting lies stating they were 5 min away which in fact they were 2 hours and 45 min away. The dispatcher did not pick up my calls and did not call to inform the customer. Do not use Salomon transport as that is who they contracted out to. When all was done I did get a call from ultimate transport asking how everything went. I told them it was a horrible experience and I would never use them again. They did not even ask why and stated ok snd hung up.
