Company ignores you after minor car damage

At the beginning, broker company was good, they are relatively cheap in comparison with others. They were able to find carrier for the price asked and I was shipping car from New Mexico. And it was second company that I’ve tried since previous company couldn’t locate carrier for the price asked at all. But I will never ship a the car again. While with a little bit of a hustle carrier picked it up, when it was delivered a spend some time to look for condition. Bumper was damaged. I asked the driver to document this - he said that because if covid they switched to electronic version of BOL and he can’t add any damage. I was on the phone with the carrier for -3 hours and they wanted me to sign BOL and give them money. I ended up going to the near store to print it. Ok I have warranty and it was covered. Finally I obtained a paper version of BOL then What should I do? Carrier told me to go to the body shop. I went and got the price for full bumper change, since its just plastic and of course there is no bumper repair. But I believe they should have provided some compensation, considering that prices were really high because of the covid. Carrier contacted body shop and I didn’t got back to me. I send him a few sms he said he will contact me later, covid is delaying things. 5 months have passed. Meanwhile, right after I spend three hours with the driver, I called the main number of the broker company to ask them what should I do? It’s my first time and I don’t know. They told to send photos to the claim department. A few days later someone from the claim department tried to reach me and left a voice mail since I couldn’t pick up the phone at that time. I call a few hours after - reached the voicemail. Called later - voicemail. 4 weeks passed - voicemail. I tried to call a couple of times through the main number. All operators can do is to ask some manager to give me a call back. This manager call back is dragging for 3 weeks already. No-one reached out to me. Some operators knew me already and tell me that they can’t do anything. So I gave up.While I believe it is stupid to do so, I will probably do because I didn’t like that they didn’t told me that it was damaged. Guy at the body shop said that someone bumped into me, since bumper was bended. I also had issues with the wheel but to prove that it happened because of that will be impossible. In any case I spend so much time on that and I definitely will never ship a car again. And I definitely do not recommend a broker company that IGNORES your phone calls.
