I was scheduled for a transport June 1 -3, I canceled the contract on the 11th due to my truck still sitting there. I spoke with Kassi originally, signed the contract. Prior to signing, any time I called in she would answer. After I signed the contract, no matter how many messages I left, not one returned call. I called customer service several times, they would tell me they would call me back in an hour, not one returned call. Ultimate Transport makes it sound they've got you taken care of, they don't.They leave you hanging.
