Ultimate Transport- Contracted

I received my car 3 days after estimated drop-off date, no complaints there. My car arrived in perfect shape and the company that the job was contracted out to was professional and courteous. My only complaint is with Ultimate Transport's sales staff. My sales consultant forgot to change my date of pick up then proceeded to ignore my calls and even send me to voicemail. Because of this, I had to leave my car keys with front desk at a hotel just to make the transaction work. Contracting company was great, customer service individuals were great, but my sales person was unresponsive and unprofessional which made my cross country move much more difficult than it needed to be.
