To preface: my attorney is sending them a demand letter for monies owed, plus expenses. Horrible company. 1.) I paid a $200 deposit, and "Jason" from this company drew up a $900 contract. Balance Due Upon Receipt of vehicle would be $700 cash to the driver. Contract signed. 2.) Booking was postponed for two days later due to a driver falling off/refusing the route. No big deal. A revised contract was made for $1300 due to the above and "difficulty" finding another driver. $1100 now Due Upon Receipt for vehicle ($400 more). Now I am upset. Nonetheless, contract signed. 3.) Vehicle arrives. Due upon receipt? $1300 cash. Total paid? $1500. Contract between US Car-Go Freight LLC and Driver was $1300. 4.) Two contracts were drawn and signed with different pricing and 3 Parties involved: first contract being my myself and US Car-Go Freight LLC stating $1300 total (and $1100 Due Upon Receipt of vehicle). Second contract stating $1300 Due Upon Receipt between US Car-Go Freight Logistics LLC out of Tampa, and Jana Transportation Inc out of Philadelphia. I was formally scammed for $200 when US Car-Go Freight Logistics LLC could have simply refunded the $200 and moved on to the next customer. What was $900 turned into $1500 with a sob story. Now my attorney is involved. Stay away from this company.
