If I could leave fewer stars I would. This company lied to us & furthermore called US liars after we had to drive 4 hours to meet the transport driver in a completely different city than where we live. Let me outline all the details: 1. This company claims door-to-door service with delivery in 14 business days. The person we purchased the vehicle from had to drive 2 hours to drop the car off at a "more convenient" pickup location. The vehicle was then picked up 3 days later than we were told it would be. 2. The vehicle made it to the US on-time, but we heard nothing about a delivery. We were told we would receive a call 24-48 hours in advance to expect the car. Instead, FOUR WEEKS after the car had arrived in the states, we got a call asking if we would be willing to meet the driver 4 hours away from our home because it would be "more convenient." We agreed, for a partial refund. 3. Finally, 6 weeks after we initially expected our car, we got a call with only 1 HOUR NOTICE to meet the driver 4 hours away. We did, leaving work & jumping in the car about 5 minutes after getting the call. 4. We met the driver (who was super kind & waited hours for us to arrive), picked up our vehicle & drove it home. We waited to receive the promised refund & have not. 5. We emailed the company asking for the promised refund & they replied that no refund would be given because the car was deliver to our house. We would need to provide proof we drove 4 hours out of our way with zero notice. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Basically, this company has terrible communication, will actively lie to you to make themselves look better & called us liars when they didn't uphold their promises. I supposed I should have vlogged this whole experience so they would stand by their word. I do not recommend them under any circumstances & am currently looking for a lawyer to get this promised refund plus damages. Wish me luck!
