I needed a professinal company to transport my car. This company is among the worst and non trusted company I have ever came through, Nicole from Truthful Transport Inc is not an honest person to deal with! makes mistakes and keep making more mistakes even thought she know that could lead the customer to face problems. She made me to deal with transports guys by my self (even though its her duty to do so) after she confused both of us with her misleading communication. She made me to pay to store the car with the 1st transport guy since the other transport guy didn't know that he had to pick up the car and do the transportion at the same day because of her lack of communication. I end up paying the double what i was suppose to pay because of her mistakes.She never apologize or offer to issue a refund.
