For four trips your service was great. However, this past year we had two bad experiences. Two truckers had maintenance issues. When a sub was found, he delivered our car and showed his contract as $200 above our contract. We have called repeatedly to request the refund of $200. We talked to a rep the day of delivery. Now they do not respond to our calls. It has been three weeks since we communicated and at that time we were told "the check is in the mail". We are still waiting for the check.
