Trusty Transport have a bad customer service. First of all their quote was $769.00. After I filled on the online information the quote went up to $799.00. A couple days after my car was picked up I tried to contact them via phone calls, email and texts several times to find out the status of the shipping I received no response whatsoever. I even wondered if the company was fake and if I even if would receive the car. I think they were only interested to get the business and nothing else. After a 8 days another company called me to let me know my car would be delivered in a couple hours. Trusty Transport is only a broker that only wants to secure the business because another company did the job. Not only the customer service is bad but they are liars too.

Customer got quote in March and wanted same price for June. Current rate in June was $60 higher. We only did half that. He said he was getting quotes of $950 to $1200 from the brokers. As a carrier we charged him $799. We loaded it the day after he placed the order (incredible) and delivered it 6 days later. He is in Rhode Island so we had stops in DC area, NJ,NY before him. He was last off of the truck. The industry average for this to accept, load and deliver is 10 days. So to recap we saved him $150 to $300. Loaded it within a day and delivered it in the same condition. The driver said he stopped taking his calls and texts because he contacted him 4 times the first day and he told the customer it would be 5 to 6 days and he would call in advance which he did the night before delivery.
