1st off if your going to be a broker give the customer the driver details who has your car, as they have there own contact people to actually talk to,especially if you don't want to answer your phone or reply to text messages you asked me to send, second because of the bad reviews about your drivers asking for more money it maybe a good idea not to ignore that very question when asked. My car was delivered for the money i was quoted but was left feeling uneasy as to whether i was going to get into a confrontation with the driver when he showed up. It was on when i told the dealer not to release my car until the driver called me direct to confirm this wasnt going to happen. all in all i would NOT use this company again and hopefully they take all these bad reviews seriously and do something about it, but i doubt it.

Not sure how to respond to this. He hired us on a sunday and we loaded Tuesday and delivered Saturday. No deposit. We collected the quoted amount at delivery. He says him placing the order sunday and we loaded Tuesday counts as 3 days not 2 days and transit time was 4 days from Alabama to Ca. but he could have drove it in 3 days so that means we were late. My cousin called him everyday while refueling to give him an update. And for some reason he is mad that we actually collected exactly what we quoted him at delivery. I don't know if this guy is crazy, just likes to complain or is just a jackass. These ratings can cost us business and since we don't pay for positive ratings or have friends/relatives place fake ones this type of idiot can cost a honest carrier their livelihood.
