Drive loaded the boat backwards

True Price Transport driver loaded our boat backwards so that it can not be removed with our personal truck, Our contract and personal agreement with Dave and Kate from True Price Transport is that when the boat reached our house we would just drive it off the flatbed truck. Unfortunately there was a lack of communication between True Price Transport and their driver so the boat was loaded incorrectly making it impossible for us to remove the boat with our personal truck. Now True Price Transport is attempting to make us schedule and pay for the boat to be turned around so that we can drive it off the flatbed with our personal truck. They are not helping fix their error or taking responsibility for it. They are trying to blame their driver's error on Bill's Marine in Oklahoma and pushing the responsibility onto me. And I have no idea how to organize their driver, which I do not have contact info for, to change drop off location and then further organize someone to turn the boat around. And even more Dave from True Price Transport has unprofessionally stated that he expects us to organize the boat being turned around and to pay to have the boat turned around. So in conclusion, I would not believe their sob story that their bad review are only from a few hard to please customers. When it comes down to it they had the opportunity to make up for their error and offer great customer service. Being professionals in this line of work they could easily organize the boat to be turned around before it reaches our house at no cost to us. Then I would have given a 4 star review for the flawless delivery, But only a 4 because our main contact went on vacation few days before our scheduled pick up and their office was so confused on our whole contract and I felt that we were neglected when Kate left. But I understand how this can happen
