Heavily Damaged Vehicle

The damage to my vehicle wasn't the Brokers fault, of course. However, in dealing with the matter, they have been of no help to resolve. They only offered to help when they thought they were going to get more money out of me for a transload. That after my "new" car has thousands worth in damage done to it. The carrier's Progressive Insurance rep was appalled at how TruckIt have handled the matter. They would not move my original deposit that I made with them to a new carrier quote. They wanted me to ANOTHER deposit to complete the transport when the carrier THEY assigned to my vehicle wrecked. Candice had been nice enough and somewhat knowledgeable through the process, but Lou was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Quite possibly the rudest person I've ever spoken to. He should be fired. Their customer service score gets a zero from me. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company.

If any damages happens to a vehicle during transit, the customer must notify the insurance company of the assigned carrier since Truck It Transport is a broker. There is many ways of obtaining the assigned carriers insurance but the easiest would be to contact the broker. Once we were notified of damages, we gave the customer the carriers insurance information to file a claim. As for this Lou guy, we have no idea who he is. I am assuming you got confused with Truck It Transport as Candice is the cs rep here and Lou was a rep for the assigned carrier, but I am truly sorry Lou was a nightmare to deal with. Please note as well, Progressive is not our insurance company with Truck It Transport, as we are the broker, Progressive is the insurance company of the assigned carrier and they were appalled of how their insured handled the matter, as Truck It Transport has nothing to do with damage claims, as we are just the broker!
