Our company is very informative with our greetings email which explains different options for expediting which this customer needed but did not want to pay for. With our standard option our pick ups are usually within 7 business days and drivers avg 500 miles per day. With that said, the origin of this route was not popular and needed our full time frame for pick up which sometimes does happen. We do have business hours which is eastern standard time, and we did reply back to you explaining we did not have a driver assigned yet, which again, is all explained in the greetings email.
