This was a first time experience in transporting my car cross country. After a great deal of research, I connected with Trevino Trucking Transport. In the very first conversation with Cindy Snow, she was professional, courteous and knew the business. I called her several times for additional information. She always returned my calls promptly and answered my questions. There was no "sales pitch" pressure which I greatly appreciated. I made the booking and one day later my car was picked up! The car was at a friend's house. They told me that the driver , Vasile, went over the car thoroughly and was very responsible. I had some questions regarding the delivery as it seemed they would be getting in later in the evening on a Saturday nite. I talked to Cindy who understood my concerns. She was in contact with Vasile to let him know my concerns and worked with him and kept me informed and up to date. Vasile could not get the truck onto the street where it was to delivered. He found a place nearby to park the truck and drove my car to my house!!! We went over the car which was fine (not even that dirty!) I drove him back to his truck which was literally only five minutes away! I have to say thank you Cindy, Vasile and Trevino Trucking. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend using them.
