I was at first using another auto transport company that did not keep their end of the bargain. So I reached out to Alex at Transport Luxury Auto. He was very professional and answered my question and gave me dates and times that everything would happen. He stayed in touch with us through the whole experience. When the Jeep was picked up to begin the trip from California to Michigan, the gentleman that picked up the Jeep was on time and treated us as a customer. Very professional outfit.
