I purchased a vehicle online, first time EVER, and thought that was the hard and nerve-wracking part,,, I had no idea what I was in for as I searched for a company to transport my car from one side of the US to the other safely. Thankfully Transport Luxury Auto, more specifically Jackie G, reached out to me, and made me aware that the brokerage company that was currently showing on the 'load board' to move my vehicle was questionable at best. He went further than that to help me understand the business of 'transporting vehicles' and more importantly how to see/check reviews and ratings other customers had posted, to ensure I did in fact receive my vehicle in a timely manner and in the condition in which it was loaded. I have to admit once he enlightened me I become skeptical of even him, how could I know 'who' to trust' so he pointed me to Transport Luxury Auto reviews - and even when I didn't call him back to book, he again reached out to check on how I was doing and to offer his expertise. Thankfully I made the decision to engage TLA to transport my vehicle. The folks at the dealership confirmed that the transport vehicle arrived when it was supposed to and that the driver was very professional. I was so pleased,,, Jackie G then follow-up with me again to provide me the name/phone number of the driver and I was able to talk to him as he headed across the country with my vehicle - he was pleasant and professional and arrived at the agreed upon delivery location at the appointed time - my car had been well cared for and SAFELY delivered. I will be forever grateful for Jackie's perseverance in reaching out to me, being patient and understanding with regard to my reticent to ship with anyone, now knowing what I did - he answered my every question and provided exceptional customer service. So to Transport Luxury Auto & Jackie G THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
