I entered my phone number to get a quote because it was required to get a code sent to your phone to receive the quote. I was immediately called every 30 seconds by numerous companies. This guy was one of the individuals to which I stated I am being harrassed every 30 secs by you guys and he started to say something but I hung up. He then called me back three times leaving a voicemail calling me stupid and sent two text messages calling me an idiot and a dumbass. He is obviously deranged. I cant see how anyone would do business with this madman. I would love to attach the photos and voicemail or let anyone hear them if at all possible.

Review response to James Partin of Stockbridge, GA: Excuse me, but YOUR information was sold as a “sales lead" to TEN (10) different auto transport companies when YOU chose to put YOUR real phone number on the auto transport quote request form. Without ANY knowledge of WHO else called you beforehand, I phoned and greeted you in a very cordial manner. I introduced myself only to have you immediately start shouting at me and blaming me for calling you multiple times prior, when it was actually NINE (9) OTHER DIFFERENT COMPANIES that had your information and who called you. You had the unmitigated gall to accuse me of being ALL of those others and then you very rudely hung up on me. So I ask, WHO is in the wrong here, YOU or me? We have NEVER done any business with each other and you are NOT even a legitimate customer of mine. Common sense...next time, use your head and create a dedicated email address just for the specific purpose of obtaining auto transport quotes. DO NOT put your REAL phone number on any online quote request forms if you don't want to receive any calls. There, problem solved. You have only YOURSELF to blame for the multiple calls that you received because YOU and NO ONE ELSE, provided YOUR contact info. Get your facts straight and don't be ridiculous. You are NOT required to get any "code" in order to obtain a quote. That is pure hogwash. Everyone is trying to survive and once thriving small businesses like mine are now literally hanging by a slender thread during the COVID-19 pandemic and its resulting depressed economy. I work very hard to earn a living and help people, yet you chose to throw a temper tantrum like a whining little brat, just because YOU screwed up by putting YOUR phone number on an online quote request form? What did you expect, that NO ONE would call you afterwards? Seriously? Shame on you for overreacting like an immature child and blaming innocent others for YOUR OWN shortcomings (lack of common sense and exercising poor judgment). You should stay off of the internet if this is how you are going to behave when dealing with people. I am SO glad that we NEVER did business with each other after all...it was a blessing in disguise and I definitely dodged a bullet. James Partin, to me you are the proverbial "customer from hell" and in my humble opinion, every business owner's worst nightmare. As a small business owner, I take my reputation very seriously, and ALL of my other GENUINE reviews speak for themselves. No one in their right mind would be influenced by your venom-spewing gibberish. Calling a simpleton like you an "idiot" and a "dumbass" would be grossly understating the truth and overestimating your intellectual capacity. You label me as being "deranged" and a "madman". What qualifications do you possess to make such harsh diagnoses? Are you a licensed and practicing psychologist or psychiatrist, or are you instead using psychological projection? James (Dumbass) Partin, you are now listed on the official Facebook "Deadbeat Wall of Shame" page, otherwise known as "The Deadbeat Club". Congratulations, you have finally made the big time! The owner of this website should not allow individuals who haven't transacted business with a transport company to post a review. To do otherwise contradicts the very definition of the word "customer". In this case, the non-customer/reviewer admits to having NEVER done business with my company, therefore this review should never have been published in the first place. I was surprised to find that Transport Reviews has made an awful lot of enemies according to the reviews that various individuals have written about it on a website called sitejabber. This is what its profile page stated as a general description of its customer satisfaction overview: Overview TransportReviews has a consumer rating of 1.89 stars from 9 reviews indicating that most consumers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. TransportReviews also ranks 151st among Shipping sites. The most common issues with TransportReviews are around shipping times, which tend to take longer than expected by some customers. Cheryl F. wrote: "Total trash backwater website that doesn't allow negative reviews". I wouldn't go as far as to say that it doesn't allow any negative reviews because that would be an inaccurate statement, however I would say that it certainly does allow a lot of bogus and unwarranted reviews from non-customers.
